What is a UDF file?
UDF stands for UYAP Doküman Formatı — the document format used by Türkiye's national judicial information system (UYAP). Court decisions, hearing minutes, enforcement orders and legal petitions are produced and exchanged in this format.
Technically it is a compressed package containing XML-based sections that describe the document's text and formatting. It is not an executable file and does not contain macros.

Usually in your Downloads folder on a computer, or Files on a phone. The name must end in

Why your software says "corrupted"
When a program meets a format it does not recognise, it often reports the file as damaged. That message usually means "I don't support this format", not "this file is broken".

What to do after reading it
Important: If this is a court notification, the deadlines inside it matter more than the file itself. Turkish procedural deadlines run from the date of service, not the date you opened the document. If you are a party to proceedings in Türkiye, consider consulting a Turkish lawyer promptly.
